2. PRODUCTS AND TAX REGIME

The products offered are apparel items featuring original illustrations, manufactured on demand through third-party printing services (Printful).

  • Taxes: Prices shown are final. The owner is registered under the Special Regime for Small Entrepreneurs or Professionals (REPEP) in the Canary Islands; therefore, invoices are exempt from VAT/IGIC according to current regulations.

  • Customs: The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that local authorities may claim.

3. PAYMENT PROCESS AND SECURITY

Users may complete their purchase using:

  • Credit/Debit Card.

  • PayPal.

    All payments are processed through secure gateways to ensure the confidentiality of the user's banking data.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Our products are made to order. The process consists of two phases:

  1. Fulfillment & Manufacturing: It takes 2 to 5 business days to process an order.

  2. Shipping: Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

    • USA: 3-4 business days.

    • Europe: 3-7 business days.

    • Australia: 2-14 business days.

    • Japan: 4-8 business days.

    • International: 10-20 business days.

Note: Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the cart before checkout, based on the product and destination.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Due to the nature of the products (made-to-order), our policy is as follows:

  • Exchanges and Returns (Change of Mind): We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, or errors in size or color selection by the customer. We strongly recommend checking the size guides provided in each product description.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: We take responsibility if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

    • Procedure: You must contact naeunshi.art@gmail.com within one week of delivery.

    • Requirements: Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and the damage/error.

  • Mislabeled Items: In the unlikely event of a labeling error, the same claim procedure mentioned above will apply.

6. DATA PROTECTION AND COOKIES

Any personal data provided during the purchase will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), solely for the purpose of order management and customer communication.

7. APPLICABLE LAW

For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to Spanish law. Additionally, we inform you of the existence of the European Union's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
